Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Monday responded to the opposition's jibe at the state of the economy by saying that if there is a government that listens, it is PM Modi's government. Sitharaman said that the gross direct tax collection increased by 5 per cent till November, as she allayed fears of corporate tax reduction impacting revenue collection.
