Former Pakistan skipper Rashid Latif feels the four-nation-tournament proposal revealed by BCCI president Sourav Ganguly will be a "flop" like the "Big Three model". Latif saw it as an attempt by India, Australia and England to isolate other member nations. Last week, Ganguly had said plans are afoot to organise a four-nation meet from 2021, for which discussions had been held with ECB and CA.
