In the special hearing on a holiday, the SC also issued notices to the Centre, Maharashtra govt on the petition filed by Shiv Sena-NCP-Cong combine against the Maharashtra Governor's decision to swear in Fadnavis as CM. A bench of Justices N V Ramana, Ashok Bhushan and Sanjiv Khanna also issued notice to Fadnavis and Dy chief minister Ajit Pawar.
