After being at loggerheads with the Kerala government over several issues, governor Arif Mohammad Khan has made it clear that he cannot remain as a "rubber stamp". "The state government approached the Supreme Court against the CAA. But I came to know about this only through the media reports. As head of the state, the government should have informed me," said Khan.
