Though the BJP Sena alliance is confident of winning over 220 seats of the total 288 in the assembly polls, rebellion in both parties is a cause of concern with nearly 55 rejected aspirants from their camp contesting as independents. The rebels have stood their ground notwithstanding efforts by the leadership of both parties to get them to withdraw their nominations.
