SC refuses to stay NLSIU quota

A bench of Justices L Nageswara Rao and Ravindra Bhat turned down a plea to stay the NLSIU notification that introduced a 25% horizontal quota for Karnataka-domiciled students seeking admission to BA, LLB (Hons) and LLM programmes offered by the university.
