In an affidavit, the Centre on Wednesday informed the Supreme Court that it was not asking central government employees to work from home as normalisation is returning after a long hiatus due to a pandemic when most officials worked from home. The Centre added that it has asked staff to resort to car polling to reduce the number of vehicles used by them for commutation. Meanwhile, Delhi on Wednesday continued to witness 'very poor' air quality.
