India's heaviest satellite to be launched on Dec 5

The country's heaviest satellite Gsat-11- weighing 5,854 kg- will help increase internet speed in the country. Gsat-11 is a high-throughput satellite that carries 40 transponders in the Ku-band and Ka-band frequencies. The satellite's designed lifetime is more than 15 years.
