Five persons, including four senior citizens, died and five others were injured after a major fire broke out in a 15-storey residential building in Tilak Nagar on Thursday. Four of the five deceased were women. Three of the victims seem to have died of smoke inhalation. The fire is suspected to have caused due to short circuit, a fire officer said.
