Incessant rainfall in Himachal Pradesh coupled with flash floods, landslides and uprooting of trees has killed at least 23 people and injured 12 across the state. 10 people have died following a cloudburst in Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi. Stay tuned to TOI for the latest updates.
