The CJI Ranjan Gogoi reconstituted the 5-judge bench for hearing Ayodhya land dispute case by including the names of Justice Abdul Nazeer and Justice Ashok Bhushan. The others on the bench are Justices SA Bobde and DY Chandrachud. Justice UU Lalit had recused himself from hearing Ayodhya matter; in the new bench, Justice NV Ramana's name is excluded.
