Unhappy with his boss, Dhan Singh Bisht hatched a plan along with his friend and fled to Nainital with Rs 70 lakh that he had been asked to deposit in a bank at Model Town. Police said Bisht had run into debts and planned the theft after his employer denied his request for a loan.
