Additional solicitor general Vikramjit Bannerjee told Delhi HC that he had instructions from the "competent authority" to represent the probe agency and argue the case. This was strongly contested by special public prosecutor (SPP) K Raghavacharyulu, who has been appearing for CBI till now.
