CRPF women commandos trained in VIP security will soon be added to the security detail of Z-plus category protectees based in Delhi, including home minister Amit Shah, Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra as well as former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. The women commandos, like their male counterparts, will carry arms, ballistic protection and other gadgets as required on the job.
